Here, learners can collaborate, share insights, and find the right tutors for their specific needs using advance Ai algorithms (currently in development) - similar to how Netflix recommends content. Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IB students to join our team as Student Engagement Intern.

• You will play a key part in bringing fellow students to our educational services (e.g. online community events, tutoring support) by identifying user acquisition channels.
• This is an excellent opportunity to develop your strategic thinking and communication skills while contributing to the growth of an innovative educational marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Student Referral: Actively refer students to our range of services and programmes, ensuring they understand the benefits and values we offer.
• Peer Engagement: Engage with fellow students from your network, campus and online, identify their educational needs and recommend suitable solutions from our platform.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from referred students to help improve our services and tailor our offerings to their needs.

Requirements

• Current IB Student or graduates that have excellent IB networks
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with peers and explain the benefits of our services.
• Motivated and Proactive: A self-starter eager to take initiative and achieve results.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with fellow students.
